Decision-ready assurance
Architecture health checks, risk and dependency analysis, vendor challenge, technical debt assessment and roadmap realism.
Technology due diligence for investors and leadership teams
Technology due diligence gives decision-makers an independent view of the systems, capabilities and risks behind an investment or acquisition. I assess whether the technology estate can support the business plan and where further investment, remediation or specialist investigation may be needed.
Reviews can cover enterprise architecture, application dependencies, cloud and infrastructure, data, cyber controls, technical debt, suppliers and the technology operating model. Findings distinguish confirmed evidence, assumptions and information gaps, with clear implications for cost, delivery and operational risk.
M&A integration planning and programme assurance
For mergers and acquisitions, support includes technology integration options, separation dependencies and a prioritised post-deal roadmap. For an existing transformation, programme assurance tests architecture decisions, delivery assumptions, ownership and the realism of the plan.
I work with investors, private equity-backed businesses and executive teams to turn technical findings into practical decisions. The scope is agreed around the transaction or programme; this service does not replace legal, financial or specialist regulatory due diligence.
Decision-ready findings
The review sets out the most important risks, options and recommended next steps, including where the available evidence is insufficient. The aim is to support a decision and an achievable plan, not to imply certainty where it does not exist.
Related services include enterprise architecture assessment, IT estate modernisation and fractional CTO and CIO leadership.
